Microsoft Has a Secret Search Contest in Australia and They are Giving Away an iPod

July 3rd, 2008 by Arnold Zafra | 4 Comments

Microsoft Live Search’s Australian partner ninemsn is reportedly having a contest right now to promote the use of Live Search, and among the prizes of the said contest was none other than an iPod Nano.

The contest goes something like this. Everytime you conduct a search using ninemsn’s live search, three cards from a set of five cards will flip open to reveal a secret prize. If three of the cards that flipped revealed the same prize, you get that prize.

I would love to comment on this search promotional gig, but it’s almost Friday here in my part of the world and I would love to emit as much as positive vibes as possible. So, I’ll just leave the ninemsn’s secret search contest and take it us another online contest and refrain from commenting.

Incidentally, if you’re wondering why ninemsn is giving away an iPod Nano instead of Microsoft’s Zune player? That’s because the Zune is not yet available in Australia. That settles the issues/questions I hope.
