Collective wisdom is a powerful tool in that it’s a great way to answer questions, engage users, sort and ranking content, and foster communities. The company I work for –Wize.com- has applied the collective wisdom to product reviews and ranking, so far we’ve been coming up with great results. It will be interesting to see how the applications of CW will continue to evolve in the future. Kudos to Yahoo for taking the first step!
