Traffic Dude has been retained to handle advertising sales for Booble.com, the adult search engine whose parody of Google’s look invited a recent cease-and-desist from the search kings.
Traffic Dude said Feb. 19 they would manage search-targeted text link placement on Booble results pages, making them available to adult Website operators and affiliates on a cost-per-click through basis.
“Traffic on Booble exceeds half a million unique type in visitors per day on average, and all users are provided the ability to perform searches for their preferred content choices,” Traffic Dude’s announcement continued. “Advertisers will benefit from fresh eyeballs and interest in the various forms of paid adult entertainment.”
Booble Webmaster Al Gomez said in a statement they picked Traffic Dude “because they have proven abilities to manage the sales and distribution of high volume adult traffic to its clients and the adult industry at large. These are the only folks around who make their living managing the sales of advertising in this fashion.”
500,000 porn searches a day, top advertising, good lawyers, and excellent branding via PR… not too shabby.
