Workers Lose Two Days Wilfing

SMS Text

After reading this article, you have to ask yourself, whether you are guilty or not. Reuters reports that according to the findings of a research, office  employees lose significant amount of their time from browsing irrelevant sites. British workers are said to lose  two working days a month and interestingly most of them are male.

Also, the report identified that men are most likely to visit adult sites which causes problems within their family.

Somehow, I could relate to that two hour lose in working time, I’ve known people who tend to bye their time instead of working in their offices. Imagine the amount of money that will save if office workers will avoid “wilfing” and instead focus on what they are supposed to do.

And yes, during daytime I am guilty as well.

Not really new news the internet is just ANOTHER way for people to not get work done at the office 😉 Before the internet people still didn’t get as much done as they should, ‘break room’, bathroom visits, chatting it up with neighbors, etc..!!

I think the phrase “wasting time” is too often too broadly defined ..
