Google Analytics Says Jerusalem Belongs to Ireland

Okay, not really. But according to Aviran’s Place there’s a bit of a glitch in the new fun Google Analytics updates:

“No Ireland did not go on a crusade and concurred Jerusalem. Google Analytics program which give webmasters a free statistics for their web site lets users set their time zone. However when looking at the list of countries, Israel is missing from that list. Digging a bit more reveals that the people of the holy land can actually find their time zone in Ireland.”

When you go to set your time zone for your profile, click on Ireland and then the drop down menu for “time zone”; Jerusalem is right there. Anyone who’s using Google Analytics (I haven’t received an invite yet), can you confirm if this is still happening? Thanks!

Yes, indeed. You cannot find Jeruselam in the Country list… but go to Ireland and there it is!
