Doesn’t eBay already have an affilliate program in place? Why would you want to use this instead???

Steve, AuctionAds hopes to take advantage of the higher tier eBay affiliate payout brackets. Individual publishers will usually be stuck on the lowest tier with the lowest payout, but if everyone joins AA and combines hteir referrals then it shoudl be able to move up to the highest payout bracket. This will give them room to take commission as well as (hopefully) give us more money than we’d get in the lowest tier if we were just doing it ourselves.

Derek, you can’t do anything fancy through the ad. They are just simple contextual ads.

I wonder if eBay will make some sort of change to their policy because of this. The high-tiers are there as an incentive but I do not think eBay thinks anyone will ever reach them!

    Looks kinda cool.
I signed up and put the code in my sidebar.
We’ll see if it outperforms some of my Google Adsense stuff…
    Thanks for the heads up.

Don’t know if this is how they work, but if it is like AdSense for eBay auctions it is awesome. Analyze the content on a blog and show relevant auctions = profit.
