I continue collecting information for my upcoming mega-post on FireFox SEO extensions. Today I am listing add-ons that help to perform link analysis in Yahoo and Yahoo SiteExplorer:

1. Add both Yahoo! and Yahoo SiteExplorer to your search plugins (if you are not using Yahoo toolbar): the collection of Yahoo search plugins can be found here: #16 and #6 – you can also see multiple regional variations if you are interested.
2. Access Yahoo! SiteExplorer with single right-click on any link with yExplore:
3. Access Yahoo! SiteExplorer for a currently active page with SearchStatus:
An alternative extension: SEOpen.
4. Enhance Yahoo! and Yahoo SiteExplorer link: results with SEOquake that integrates valuable information (Google indexed pages, page backlinks, Google PR, domain age, etc) right within search results:
Bonus features: sort Yahoo results by any of the parameters and export the results.
An alternative plugin: SEO for Firefox.
5. Fetch link anchor text, link type (“nofollow”, “not found”) and linking page Google PR with SEO Link Analysis plugin:
I have tried those add ons but it’s kinda heavy with my current internet connection. Can suggest me a lighter version of firefox seo?

Hmm.. I just installed Joost’s Link Analysis 1.0.3 with Firefox 3.0.1 and it doesn’t work on my Mac. This is a really great tool – much appreciated – hope it can get ironed out!
