LinkedIn is key for reputation management, and users should update their profile using their full name and fill out their description like a bio rather than a resume.

One never knows the opportunities that may present themselves through connecting with groups on LinkedIn and answering questions as you suggest. My career and direction is changing this next week as a result from this awesome network!
