I LOVE the engine itself, but agree with Denis as far as the flash BS is concerned. A simple image file would do wonders.

Nice idea, but been forced to download flash player and have activex enabled are unneccesary barriers to using the site. One of the reasons behind the success of Google is its simple, effective design. Rather than “non-linear search behavior” being the future for web search I feel customisation and personalisation are more important aims.
