WebmasterWorld Announces Search Engine Conference

This week’s shift by Yahoo to its new index brought WebmasterWorld.com’s Internet marketing conference to center stage. The first announcement came out on WebmasterWorld.com this week and the conference in Orlando, Florida, U.S.A., on 26, 27 and 28 February at the Clarion Hotel & Conference Center, will be buzzing more than ever.

“The ‘Search Engine War’ is back on with the announcement.” Said Brett Tabke, founder and CEO of WebmasterWorld.com. “This is one of the hottest topics on WebmasterWorld and Tim Mayer of Yahoo and Matt Cutts of Google will both be giving talks on the status of their respective search engines.”

Brett continued, “It’s clear that many webmasters are confused by some of Yahoo’s changes. The timing of the change and the conference could not be better as delegates can aim their specific questions direct at all the major search services, including Yahoo, at the sessions. No doubt it’ll be very illuminating. Conference Florida: while it’s cold up north, down in sunny Orlando it’ll sure be hot in every sense of the word. See you there!”

Keynote speakers are Matt Cutts of Google and Andy Bourland of MarketingWonk. Tim Mayer of Yahoo! will have a Q&A session to talk about all the recent changes at Yahoo and the impact on site owners and webmasters. In addition, conference speakers include: Paul Gardi from Teoma, Dan Boberg from Overture, Marshall Simmons from About.com, Eric Ward from URLWire, and Kevin Lee from Did-it.com.
