    After completing the registration form and hitting the checkout button, you will be prompted to sign up for a Hopin account or login to your existing Hopin account. When done, you’ll receive an email confirmation from Search Engine Journal saying “You’re in”! Keep your login credentials handy to login to the event the day of.

    Think of your profile as your conference name badge. Once you’re registered with Hopin, you can login there and create your profile.     Aside from recording keynotes and speaker presentations in order to avoid any technical issues and to ensure a polished delivery for attendees, SEJ eSummit will be a live event. Speakers will be taking questions from the audience in real time and will stick around throughout the day for networking and chat engagements. Expo booth activities and master classes will be 100% live.

    Registrants of the Day 1 Conference & Day 2 Master Classes will receive complimentary access post-event to all stage content on Day 1 (including panels and ask an expert sessions) and all Master Class content on Day 2.

    Networking will be a 1:1 video chat experience. Upon entering the networking space, you will be greeted with a button that reads “Are You Ready?”. Once you click that button, the Hopin platform will match you with another eSummit attendee. You two will have ten minutes to get to know each other and exchange contact information before moving on to your next connection. You may leave the networking session at any time by clicking on the “Leave” button in the top right corner of the screen. If you have any issues during your networking session, then you can flag your experience within the Hopin platform and a team member will be there to assist you immediately.
