What does my ticket include?
Day 1 Conference & Day 2 master class tickets include access to all speaker sessions, keynotes, live Q&A opportunities, master class training sessions, 1:1 video networking, virtual expo booths where you can access special offers from sponsors, as well as access to recorded presentations, slide decks, and other post event resources.
Day 1 Conference only tickets will get access to all Day 1 conference content and resources (keynotes, sessions, Q&A, networking, expo) but not the Day 2 master class content.
Day 2 master class only tickets will get access to all Day 2 master class content and resources (advanced training, exercises, Q&A, matched networking, expo) but not the Day 1 conference content.

Where will SEJ eSummit be hosted?
SEJ eSummit will be held entirely online via Hopin, a live virtual events platform that allows professional communities to learn, interact, and connect with peers from anywhere in the world.
SEJ eSummit has been meticulously planned to simulate a true conference experience for attendees which could not have been possible without a tool like Hopin. We’re excited to bring you a conference experience that includes all the typical ingredients you’ve come to expect from an in-person event including actionable education, industry connections, and information on tools and services.
How can I get the most out of my Hopin experience?
Hopin is intuitive and simple to use. To better understand how you can make the most of it as an attendee, we encourage you to visit the Hopin support center.
Which browser works best with Hopin?
The latest versions of Chrome or Firefox guarantee the best experience. Please avoid Brave, Safari, Microsoft Internet Explorer or Edge since these browsers lack the modern web technologies support necessary for online events to run in a web browser.

How do I know I registered correctly?
After completing the registration form and hitting the checkout button, you will be prompted to sign up for a Hopin account or login to your existing Hopin account. When done, you’ll receive an email confirmation from Search Engine Journal saying “You’re in”! Keep your login credentials handy to login to the event the day of.
Why do I need to create a Hopin profile?
Think of your profile as your conference name badge. Once you’re registered with Hopin, you can login there and create your profile. Spruce it up by adding your headshot, location, what you do, your website, LinkedIn profile, Twitter handle, and a brief bio. Having a complete profile will serve you when networking with other attendees and connecting with speakers and moderators in chat.
What will the day be like?
The day will run from 10:00am to 4:00pm EST (7:00am to 1:00pm PST) with plenty of breaks for networking and booth exploration.
What will the content be like?
Content is tailored for advanced digital marketers in the trenches of SEO, paid search, social media, and content marketing.
Is SEJ eSummit a live event?
Aside from recording keynotes and speaker presentations in order to avoid any technical issues and to ensure a polished delivery for attendees, SEJ eSummit will be a live event. Speakers will be taking questions from the audience in real time and will stick around throughout the day for networking and chat engagements. Expo booth activities and master classes will be 100% live.
Will sessions be available to watch later?
Registrants of the Day 1 Conference & Day 2 Master Classes will receive complimentary access post-event to all stage content on Day 1 (including panels and ask an expert sessions) and all Master Class content on Day 2.
What will the networking component be like?
Networking will be a 1:1 video chat experience. Upon entering the networking space, you will be greeted with a button that reads “Are You Ready?”. Once you click that button, the Hopin platform will match you with another eSummit attendee. You two will have ten minutes to get to know each other and exchange contact information before moving on to your next connection. You may leave the networking session at any time by clicking on the “Leave” button in the top right corner of the screen. If you have any issues during your networking session, then you can flag your experience within the Hopin platform and a team member will be there to assist you immediately.
Can I attend SEJ eSummit via my smartphone or tablet?
Yes, you may attend SEJ eSummit via your smartphone or tablet, but with limited functionality. In case the mobile device is the only you have, please check to use Safari on iOS and Google Chrome on Android.
For the full experience we encourage you to join via desktop. Currently, using the latest versions of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox on your laptop or computer guarantees the best experience.
How can I keep track of the speakers, Q&As, Master Classes, and live activity sessions I want to see?
We suggest that you plan out your day beforehand. You can do this easily via the SEJ eSummit event page on Hopin. Simply scroll through the schedule and click the calendar icon next to the events you don’t want to miss.
How do I access special offers exclusive to attendees?
All participating sponsors will have a booth in the expo hall. You may access any special offers in the booths at any time throughout the day.
What is the Code of Conduct for the event?
We look forward to making SEJ eSummit attendees a safe place to learn and network with industry peers. To make clear what is expected of all attendees, please review our Code of Conduct. Thank you for helping to make this a welcoming, friendly space!
How do I report an incident that occurred during the event?
If you have been involved in or have witnessed an incident that violates our Code of Conduct, immediately flag the problem attendee by clicking “Report User” via their Hopin profile, then use our confidential reporting form to let event organizers know immediately. Share as much information as you can to help us make a thorough investigation of the incident.
