Mark, thanks for the resource, i am not too keen on article marketing as I have not found great value in the past but I will try again following your advice to alter titles, etc… do you know by any chance if any of this article sites accept stories in languages other than English?

Nice list Mark, a few I need to look into on here.

As far as a duplicate content penalty, I don’t think anyone needs to worry about it for PR/Article submission sites. As far as any penalty, I think you’d have to worry about two things:

1. The sites above detecting the submission you’re giving them is already live somewhere else. Some can delete your article or block the submission if they detect it’s already a published piece.

2. The engines seeing 20 of the same articles posted and only letting the first 1-2 actually appear in search results/pass value.
