		<description>This sounds like email spam to generate link spam.  If many people respond to Chris&#039; email, it will just create blogroll noise.

I must say, who ever wrote the letter knows how to write an ad piece.  It is a clever system.  Ultimately, I think this scheme perverts social networking.

		<description>Yes, I think there is some leverage a site can gain in trading incoming links (or articles) for the Social Marketing of a source site.

If this spammer (and one can argue if it&#039;s spam or not, but I call it spam) would clean up his act a bit, he may be on to something.</description>

He would also do well to send you to specific areas of his website (but that would require a manual review of your site first) so that you see relevant content.
