You guarantee inclusion for long, parameter-based URLs and can even submit search result pages from your own website, you can dictate the title and description that will be used in the result, you can optimize the XML feed to help with rankings, your pages are looked at every 48 hours so the URL's content if properly reflected in the results, and you can measure the traffic and ROI because you can add tracking codes to the URLs that are included in the feed.
