Why not just play by the rules? They’re good rules; Google is serving up targeted ads that people might actually want to see, people see content they like

I can understand, why folks want to try sneaky nethods to defraud google, I once had an adsense account on a very clean site with good SE traffic. For some reason ( which to this day I would love to know) google terminated my account and advised that I had to forfiet the $432 in earnings. Tough hey, well that's their decision, what can you do! However it is wrong to try to make earnings from adsense fraudulently, remember you only hurt the advertisers, Google will always make the buck.

Why not just play by the rules? They're good rules; Google is serving up targeted ads that people might actually want to see, people see content they like, find products they want - what's wrong with that model? The world has real problems waiting to be solved - work on global warming if you want a real challenge.

If I had done that I certainly wouldnt be telling everone in comments. Plus it would piss me off as a user of the site, since I would be taken to a link away from the page which I was expecting, the best way to make money is to have good orginal content that people need and want to regularly use. They you dont need to be a cheat!

This is one of the silliest posts I've ever seen. I've made thousands off of AdSense clicks, but have never even heard of making money off of impressions. This would be fraud for nothing.

On a 160x600 banner, if you remove the line " google_ad_format = "160x600_as"; " will display 7 tiny text ads.

Not bad. I found a bug where if you put the numbers (ie 728, 200, 300, etc) that are not in quotes into quotes, the Ads By Google disappears and look like a normal link.

I done it for http://opencubicle.net and http://411-new-york.com and it is working quite well.
