4 Tools to Track Flickr

I have previously looked into ways to track Youtube – today I decided to share some cool tools that allow to track Flickr in a number of ways:

1. Track Flickr by a Keyword:

Trackle, a handy tool reviewed by me previously, that allows to monitor Flickr site by any keyword. Just set up an alert and get email notifications:

Trackle Flickr

2. Track Any User: is a fun free tool that lets you subscribe to any Flickr user updates by email. Whenever the user adds or deletes photos, you’ll get an email notification like this one:

3. Track Flickr Groups:

Group Trackr lists some pretty cool statistics on any Flick group. It requires no registration; each group tracking start when someone requests it from the tool – after that the stats will be public. For any group URL you submit you will see:

  • Recent photo tags;
  • Group activity;
  • Similar groups;
  • Group growth graph:

4. Track Your Own Account Views:

Flickr does offer an enhanced stats reporting but only under paid account. If you prefer to keep using Flickr for free, try LinuxInside – the stats are somewhat basic but at least you will see the trend. First you will have to allow its access to your Flickr account:

After that you will be able to see your images stats trend:
