		<description>You do have to work at getting links.  My news site is currently PR6 and has been around for quite some time... but people seem to prefer cutting and pasting information without linking back to the site.  Even some &#039;professional&#039; sites (those with paid staff) will just cut and paste whole articles which seems to defeat the purpose of the Web.</description>
