About

Todd Paris has built his career at the intersection of technology, marketing, and advertising, working across both startup and enterprise environments. From selling advertising to building AdTech solutions for agencies and brands, Todd has worked across the AdTech stack in the early days of programmatic buying to mobile advertising to social media and now generative AI.
Today, Todd is the co-founder and CEO of IQRush, a generative AI search startup helping brands and media agencies navigate the challenges of AI-driven discovery while unlocking real, measurable advantages in this new landscape.

Before launching IQRush, Todd served as CEO of Filter, a creative services company acquired by Merkle/Dentsu, where he guided the business through a successful exit and earnout. At Merkle, he helped lead brands in building in-house media capabilities to drive transparency and customer experience transformation.

Previously, Todd was a leader at Deloitte Digital, where he helped shape the future of advertising by “programmatically personalizing” online and offline worlds. Todd also ran Deloitte’s global Google Marketing Platform Alliance. Prior to that, he spent nearly a decade at Microsoft, serving as GM of ad product planning and go-to-market for core display advertising assets, including the Atlas ad server, targeting, and rich media products, and led the Asia Pacific Advertising Solutions Sales team.

Throughout his career, Todd has remained passionate about how technology can power marketing and advertising, guiding industries through transformation and embracing innovation at every stage.
