You’re Not Scaling Content. You’re Scaling Disappointment
Pedro Dias traces the recurring cycle of mass-produced SEO content and explains why the “publish more pages” playbook always ends the same way.
I help companies design systems that make their content findable — by both search engines and AI (Artificial Intelligence).
I’m a Search Findability Architect and AI Discovery & Growth Product Manager based in London, with over two decades of experience shaping how information is structured, surfaced, and scaled online. Before becoming a consultant, I spent years inside Google’s Search Quality team, training algorithms and analysing ranking behaviour — experience that still guides how I think about search today.
Since then, I’ve led SEO and growth functions for enterprise platforms like eBay, Reach plc, Autovia, and JoVE, helping them solve complex problems around architecture, discoverability, and algorithmic resilience.
My work now focuses on bridging search, product, and AI retrieval — building the technical and informational foundations that allow both humans and machines to find the right answer faster. Through my consultancy, Visively, I partner with companies that need deep, hands-on expertise to untangle large-scale search systems, future-proof their content, and turn search visibility into sustainable growth.
