Courtney Herb is AdRoll’s Senior Director of Brand Marketing and Public Relations, leading strategy for the creative, content, public relations, SEO, and customer marketing functions.

Prior to joining AdRoll, Courtney was the Director of Brand and Content Marketing at Optoro, a returns technology company dedicated to supporting a sustainable future of retail. During the first half of her tenure, Courtney managed brand marketing for the company’s B2C eCommerce subsidiary, BULQ, where she developed the retailer’s first-ever brand, content, and community marketing strategy. Following the impact of the pandemic, Courtney was additionally brought onto the company’s B2B SaaS marketing team to revise and oversee its digital content strategy.

Her further experience includes being a Digital Content Strategist at Edelman, a global public relations firm, where she managed content development for brands including SC Johnson, Volkswagen, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, and eBay – and later served as the Washington D.C. office’s inaugural Head of Influencer Marketing, where she stood up an offering for and evangelized the value of influencer marketing across the DC practice.
