Yahoo and Flickr have signed Picnik to power its online Flickr photo editing in what may be the most transparent “next company Yahoo will acquire” deal since Right Media.
Picnik uses Flash based photo editing tools which will be made available via a Flickr photo editing page, with Picnik being served through an iFrame writes TechCrunch’s Michael Arrington. Arrington also adds that Picnik is a self funded start-up.
