Google is doing their share to encourage voter turnout for the 2008 US Presidential Elections (and other elections on that day) with a message to its AdWords users, reminding them to vote on November 4th.

From Google :
Democracy works best when we all participate. Please take the time to vote on Election Day. Google’s 2008 Voter Info Map can help you find your local polling place.

Thanks to Mike from ThinkCash for sending this over!
Now as a followup, maybe on Nov 4, Google shouldn’t let you log in until you can prove you’ve voted.
I love it!
I think it is a good idea as long as they don’t try to push the votes toward a candidate.
