Yahoo! Adds Maps to Real Estate

The folks at Yahoo! notified me yesterday that they had added the ability to map rental listings to their real estate site. Here’s an example for Oakland, CA.

As we’ve written in the past, mapping is a highly valuable addition to real estate listings. In this case, there’s added functionality from SmartView’s layered results. For example, you can map schools or stores or nightlife nearby.

Undoubtedly Yahoo! will do soon this to homes for sale as well.
