Several Google Officers and Directors File Documents with the Securties and Exchange Commission
Late Monday, several Google execs and board members filed Form 3 (Initial Statement Of Beneficial Ownership Of Securities)with the SEC. It contains the number of shares (preferred stock, common stock, stock options) that these officers and directors will receive.
