With JESS3, Brian Solis has released version 4.0 of his conversation prism, which is “a visual map of the social media landscape.” Created in 2008, the prism was inspired by a social network graphic called the “Social Media Starfish” developed by Darren Barefoot and Robert Scoble in 2007.
