Google is continuing its prioritization of AMP adoption with the rollout of new international office hours to accommodate those whose first language is not English. Citing a great response to its English language AMP office hours, Google will be offering additional AMP office hours in 9 different languages
For the next two weeks, a new series of office hours will be available in French, Italian, German, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, and Indonesian. Product Managers, Technical Managers, & Engineers at Google, fluent in each language, will be on hand to answer any questions you have about AMP.
The sessions are structured by first reintroducing everyone to the basics of AMP and how it works, then delving into the technical components of AMP. Each event page, listed in the announcement, will have a Q&A app where you can add the questions you’d like Google to answer during the session. If you can’t catch the session live, you can also watch them on the News Lab YouTube page after the event.
Google will be offering one session per language per week, for two weeks, so two sessions in total per language. You can view the full schedule at the bottom of Google’s announcement on the Webmaster Central Blog.
