Chitika eMiniMalls Adds Channels
Darren Rowse (the guy with the wig boogey woogey dancing in the ad to the left) of Problogger.net stumbled across some changes in the Chitika eMiniMalls reporting system which has finally added channel tracking along with CTR% (click thru rate percentage) and CPC (average cost per click) reporting.
Darren reports “I suspect that their reporting will continue to improve over the coming weeks and months (ie they will probably get more dynamic over time and add more ability to check certain periods of time etc) – but so far so good! Channels is a massive step forward.
When you log into you stats you can view your channels all at once by clicking the date – or by channel by using the drop down menu. ”
For those of you that have not tried out Chitika eMiniMalls yet, I recommend giving the system a look. They have worked wonders for some sites, like Darren’s Digital Photography Blog and are proven to work well for consumer product oriented sites. And if you haven’t explored contextual advertising yet, also try Yahoo Publisher Network (beta testing for US publishers only) and Google AdSense.
