Yahoo is excellent and they offer fine services, I used to work with a huge firm that ran a yahoo shop and they were able to have their store front up and it was hassle free, the only problem they had before I got there was that their marketing was very poor and their storefront was not getting tons of traffic.

The average small business website will actually receive very few visitors each day. Those that I work with never get close to using up all of the available resources that come with their basic hosting plans.

Overselling on some features is probably smart considering Yahoo has a knowledge of internal numbers that show which features are probably safe to exploit.
