Yahoo! Mobile Bookmarks Text Messages Sites to Cell Phones

Gary Price ran across a Yahoo7 (Yahoo Australia) service which text messages Yahoo Bookmarks to the mobile phone.

From Yahoo7:

A Yahoo! mobile bookmark (or WAP bookmark) is a “favourite” or a bookmark that resides in your mobile phone’s browser. You can use a mobile bookmark to quickly and conveniently access the Yahoo! mobile site on your phone’s internet browser. This feature is dependent on the ability of your mobile phone to support favourites/bookmarks.

Yahoo! mobile bookmark is a free service offered to all mobile phone users. Depending on your mobile phone plan with your operator, you may be charged by your operator at the normal/non-premium SMS rate for mobile messages sent to your phone.

Have any Australians or New Zealanders tried this Yahoo Mobile tool? How has it worked for you?

I wonder if there is any monetization potential in terms of suggesting relevant sites or ads to the site bookmarked.
