It’s not the non-stop blogging that Search Engine Roundtable’s Tamar Weinberg pulls off during search marketing conferences.
It’s not the fact that most of her coverage posts would pass almost any spellchecker.
And it’s not the multiple blogging that Tamar does all across the tech, lifehacking and search engine pieces of the blogosphere that impresses me the most.
It’s that at every conference, on top of all the work she’s doing, somehow she seems to hit the exhibitor hall before everyone else, and collect the most t-shirts, trinkets and pens … then burrow them away for safe keeping.
Yes, Tamar Weinberg has the taste for schwag. And she’s giving the world a look into her schwag bag with her new blog, Schwag Addict

Heck. To think, that I only scored a WordTracker T-shirt and WordTracker USB-datastick-dongle, along with a Google pen at SES. I never realised there was so much schwag to be had.
On the tube in London, people did stare *A* *LOT* at the big “Google” paper-bag that I had all my conference notes stashed in. I was half expecting for someone to ask if I worked there, or why their sites weren’t ranking, or something.

No, it’s called being a dork. Like Tamar Weinberg. And yes, I am a dork with a serious problem. :P
