In response to the ‘Yahoo Bashing‘ going on throughout the blogosphere after the public leaking of SVP Brad Garlinghouse’s Peanut Butter Manifesto and the recent drops in Yahoo stock value brought upon by their inefficiency in monetizing search until now as well as shake ups in the Yahoo Publisher Network; Tabblo has posted their thoughts on Yahoo and the exaggeration of its recent ‘troubles.’

Before everyone declares Yahoo dead and irrelevant, we at Tabblo figured we’d throw a little support behind the company that has given us a whole bunch of help in getting this whole thing going.

…As one of the web’s venerable veterans, Yahoo is indeed facing a formidable set of challenges, but we should all take a moment to be clear on the fact that it would be a much worse world for all of us little startups if the big purple giant was to disappear.
