I know you mentioned Rich Snippets, but no sites in my primary vertical (Real Estate) have really shown up with rich snippet information (that I have seen). Have you had much success in getting Google to pick up this information, and what spheres were these sites in?

Wow, great article… but there are some other techniques to do the SEO without the SEO. One of them is to rearrange the title and permalink to include the keywords in them.
