KnowEm is a new service that monitors for social media identity theft by running username checks on hundreds of popular (and even some newer/not yet well-known) Web sites. It’s not only useful for SEO purposes, but also as an online reputation/brand management tool.
During the podcast, Streko walks the crew through a quick demonstration of the KnowEm interface while explaining the importance of securing your brand before someone else does and how you can discover sites where someone might have already beaten you to the proverbial punch. He also gives a sneak peek into new functionality that will be available to the public soon.
