SEO 101 is a live podcast, broadcast over Webmaster Radio at 1 pm EST and the show discusses basic SEO techniques and news for those new to SEO & link building, and those needing a refresher.

Hmm weird Loren I didn’t know that Carolyn Shelby lived really close to me (Indiana) thats odd because just the other day one of my clients was telling me his girlfriend lived in Lafayette which I know its not her, but just odd how things work out.
yeah I like it to. B.L.O.G. may be blog is more information rather than a website. more news, more fresh content and search engines do love unique content.!!!

Nah, it USED to be better listings on Google. Now you need to scrap the blog and start a wiki ;)

I really enjoyed this podcast and learnt a lot. The stuff about post freshness was very interesting. This podcast also introduced me to a new SEO resource and I’ll be looking out for future shows. :)
