Google has adopted fickle minded algorithms which makes thing hard for new websites to show on natural results. MSN on the other hand does not follow any strange algorithms, and simply allows new website to capture its natural ranking, and making it easier for end users to locate useful URL's As far as my experience is concerned, MSN Search Engine is better than Google in terms of delivering latest results.
