Very informative article. Focusing on current clients is probably the best advice you can give but it is amazing how few people focus in on that key area. Why do people love new clients so much and yet the ones that have chosen you and stuck by you seem to get ignored far too often?

Good post. I’d like to add that, specific to copy, spell check! Nothing makes a good website look bad moore than pooor speeling and incorect grammer.
