To see good results from posting quizzes on your site you really need to pick the proper topic. I agree with the posting, people never seem to get tired of personality quizzes. I have seen recently, social media sites such as Facebook, have hundreds of quizzes, even relating to which superhero are you. From what I can tell, people love to just give it a try and share the results with the community.

Great idea, Ann! I’ve been trying to think of good link bait/viral marketing ideas that can be applied to an industry that is sometimes seen as quite boring. A quiz might be just the trick. Now I just have to figure out what questions and answers the quiz should include.

You’ve really gotta knock it out of the park with quizzes. Too many webmasters put up uninspired “how much do you like my site” or “how can I improve my site” type quizzes. Overall, a great strategy, but you can’t just put them out there and hope, you really need to follow ALL the tips outlined above to be successful.

Also, don’t think you can get away with “What part of SEO do you like least/most”!
