@Nina, I did mention Webgrader in the post I linked to in the first paragraph. I too found it not bad. All of those tools are not meant for in-depth SEO analysis and as long as you understand that, they may be quite useful.

Have you tried Hubspot’s free Website Grader? I know Michael Gray gave it quite a bashing, but I have found it useful tool to help with a site audit.

The developer responded to Gray’s post that Website Grader (www.WebsiteGrader.com) is not meant to replace a comprehensive analysis of a website by an actual human, but rather it is a tool to supplement an audit. That’s how I used it and and I find it helps to streamline the process a bit. It, too, notes how many diggs and delicious mentions a site has. I’m anxious to try out Quarkbase, too. IMO, it helps to use manay tools to cross reference and then dig deeper with your own analysis skills. Thanks for the post.
