I’d never heard of Twing before, but that’s a really useful tool in the reputation management arsenal, although when I clicked the ‘how to use Twing’ link, the page was empty!

Thank you for the info. I actually use Omgili for more than only buzz graphs, it is an excellent and comprehensive tools to find what people are saying about brands, companies and ideas.

Thanks, this is a great list of tools. Another one I’ve used a couple of times is Serph. http://www.serph.com – it can be used to track ‘buzz’ on a person, business name, product etc…
