April 30th, 2007 by Loren Baker, Editor | No Comments

Ogilvy’s Neo@Ogilvy, the marketing & advertising giant’s interactive agency arm, has partnered with SEMDirector to form a new search marketing service for Ogilvy clients.

Ogilvy hopes to offer a superb search marketing offering for their A list portfolio which is centered around ROI and performance tracking.

From SEMDirector & Neo@Ogilvy:

The Neo@Ogilvy / SEMDirector alliance:

  • Provides a scalable technology to automate the data collection around paid and organic search performance with world class execution capabilities
  • Leverages SEMDirector’s technologies for managing paid and organic search in one holistic view
  • Bolsters Neo@Ogilvy’s ability to manage client search programs across multiple departments and multiple geographic markets
  • Ensures Neo@Ogilvy clients and global coordinators have a centralized view of in-market activity

Partnering with existing advertising agencies and developers is a surefire way for search marketing firms to bring in profitable and long term clients, which can be less hassle and an easier sell than companies looking for a quick fix in SEO.
