I do agree with you entirely regarding the SEO consultant, using cookie-cutter methods that don’t do as well as a good-old standard customization.

Has anyone really had any of these SEO pro’s work with them, and be successful?

Great to see you writing about this Eric! My industry is getting buried in duplicate content from hundreds of $49 “SEOed” web site templates being sold.

To make matters worse, some hosts are selling off links in the footers of client web sites, without notification.

I get phone calls and e-mails every day from people and have been ‘suckered’ into this form of online marketing.

It’s insanity to build the same web site as everyone else in your industry and expect different results.
