		<description>good for Google! I believe Microsoft&#039;s proposal was gentle and reasonable, but can also realize and understand Yahoo!&#039;s state and point of view to not given up having further strategic business leadership in the Web by this acquisition.
by the way the best thing happened for google and I think Y! and MS speculations both will fall, while Google&#039;s will soar up!</description>

I think it&#039;s a good thing to have Yahoo stand alone and raise themselves up to a point where they can compete with Google. If this happens is all up to Yahoo, and unfortunately judging from their past track record I won&#039;t hold my breath!</description>

		<description>No Deal. Microsoft and Yahoo need to keep on eating other companies to change there current strategies. There&#039;s still something missing from them, maybe it&#039;s each other. Google is still a step ahead of them on new innovations. Will see what happens in the coming months.</description>
