Don’t waste your time using live search for the HP cashback rewards. It’s a SCAM. I bought a HP with 20% cashback 2 months back. When it was time for Msoft to pay, they claimed that I returned the PC when I didn’t and hence cancelled my cashback. I call HP and they agreed that the PC was not retunred and that it was all Msoft pulling a SCAM!!!

Too bad Msoft is running this cashback like a scam. On Black Friday they offered 40% cash back on HP.com, then throttled traffic, driving users like me crazy. This is the last time I use cashback or Live search, the sleazy folks at Msoft can go to h&ll.

Why do you make it so difficult to use this program? I have tried, tried, and tried, but I don’t get thr screens I”m supposed to get. I don’t think Bill Gates could use this service!!! Can someone talk me throu it PLEASE!.
