		<description>This was an interesting move by IAR (SuperPages).    Hearst will undoubtedly integrate Local.com into their properties so SuperPages PPC advertisers should enjoy some relevant traffic/clicks.

I don&#039;t follow the &quot;Dead men walking&quot; post.  Local.com is really only a 2 year old venture and they are putting together some pretty decent partnerships.  The soUno acquisition gave them a marketing arm that will certainly see expansion as soUno offers an enticing &quot;franchising&quot; type program.
Their UK front has barely been tapped.  Far from dead I feel, they are barely taking their first baby steps.</description>
