		<description>I know one chap that gets interns to submit his articles to blog carnivals.  He&#039;s got an autoresponder setup to deal with the level 1 interns so he never has to even bother with them at all.

It&#039;s an ingenious scheme if I do say so myself and it&#039;s built him over 2500 links at last check in Yahoo.

A powerhouse like Darren likely attracts enough interest to guarantee some gems, but it seems like the rest of us will likely have to work hard to get enough quality submissions per carnival edition. Nothing wrong with hard work, of course, as long as you&#039;re prepared for it.</description>
