Link Bait? Nope, HatBait!

One of the many fond memories I’ll have of Search Engine Strategies Chicago was Liana Evans and her HatBait.com campaign.

Liana could be seen around the conference, parties and bars with a selection of wild hats, a HatBait “link” (sign) and camera, capturing different search engine personalities and their HatBait.com photos.

Liana, of Search Marketing Gurus, has uploaded her pics and is allowing her readers to vote for the best HatBait photo.

Here’s my best Hermey, the Elf Who Wanted to be a Dentist imitation (which isn’t much to write home about):

But I’m not asking readers to go to HatBait and vote for me, instead I’m asking you all to vote for Neil Patel of ACS and Pronet Advertising :)

Kudos to Liana for her persistence and great link building idea for her blog.

That’s bringing back memories – I always used to watch that stop-motion christmas classic when I was younger. I should see if it’s on again this Christmas

Or should I say Ricky Bobby!

If you smell a delicious, crispy smell after the race, it’s not your tailpipe. It’s just a little of Shake…and Bake!

It’s a three way race at this point (possibly four) .. Aussie just got a few votes and Karl got a few more.
