I'm really happy to see that social networks are more and more important for media marketing, this is an easy way to get access to very big amount of people at one time.

Thanks Taylor.

I enjoyed the article. Insights is undoubtedly in for a big change, likely through acquisition of a mid-size analytics company.

A serious issue with Fan Pages is how frequently they are being hidden. I do that myself when the amount of information is too frequent, too much or not interesting. I still like the entity, so instead of un-fanning, I hide. There is no Insights measure for this undoubtedly fast-growing trend. I recently wrote about this issue on my site.

Thanks Taylor!

This is the first most practical articel that i have come accross on FB insights. We use the insights for our Magazine websites, and other 2010 tourist related sights , and up to now have not been able to maximise the insights provided.

Much appreciated!

Great post Taylor- I feel your pain. The limited reporting features ( for Facebook's ad platform as well :\) of Facebook leave much to be desired.

Thanks for illustrating those important questions SMOs using Facebook Pages need to ask themselves when staring at the stark reporting.

Facebook is increasingly important to social media marketing, but so difficult to make the most of. Thanks for bringing us a step closer Taylor.

One of the few actionable Facebook marketing posts i've come across - thanks for sharing. Hopefully they'll start sharing even more analytics data with us soon
