		<description>thanks for this compete and easy to understand explanation of geo targeting with adsense. I have heard the term thrown around but never really got it until now. The cool thing is that I have been doing it right without even knowing!

		<description>What ideas do you have to improve targeting of those networks who aren&#039;t geotargeting as well as Google?  

I&#039;ve asked affiliate managers, they say restrict to US only.  I&#039;ve also considered limiting English text advertisement to English only browsers no matter the country.  Of course, the objective here is to increase relevance for visitor and eCPM for the advertising network.
