I see this new layout implementation as another strategy by Google to discount, and discourage SEO. Consequently, it could force some websites that are ranked well organically to do more PPC advertising with Google. And most importantly, Google could start charging merchants for uploading or maintaining a product feed on Product search. Interesting article.
