Bing + Yahoo is now the news, wonder what Google is thinking about now

How is Google not a monopoly? They have more than 50% market share in search, more than 50% market share in PPC, and they traffic more than 70% of all web ads.

Wow! This certainly would be an interesting legal battle. Google is a giant but I never stopped to think about them being prosecuted as a monopoly.

"It would have ended up also alleging that Google had a monopoly and that [the advertising pact] would have furthered their monopoly."

Doesn't that mean that the DOJ felt they had a monopoly before the Yahoo deal, and by default essentially still feels like Google has a monopoly?
